Adventure in Afghanistan❤

My name is Mariam and I am fourteen years old. I am from The Netherlands. My hobby’s are playing football and watching netflix and my blog is about travelling. I am writing this blog, because I want to show where I went and I want to show the famous places in Afghanistan (Kabul). My goal is that I have a good travel blog, about where I went and the famous places in Afghanistan (Kabul). I am very interested in this topic, because i love to tell about my summer vacation and it’s really interesting if you don’t know where to go in the summer vacation. Especially if you are in Afghanistan.

I went to Afghanistan (Kabul) this summer vacation and it was super nice and fun!
I went to many beautiful/famous places like, karga, baghe babur, paghman, baghe bala, darulaman and park shahr.

Lets start with karga: you can ride a horse, sail a boat, have a picnic and sit by the water because there is a traditional Afghan house. Baghe babur: Bagh-e Babur (or the gardens of Babur) is a beautiful, historic park in Kabul. I really admire the size and beauty of this place that was built in the 16th century. If you walk to the top, you have a beautiful 360° view of the mountains, houses, mosque and the whole garden. If you sit down and close your eyes you can hear the city sounds of Kabul. Paghman: there’s a restaurant with very tasty food like qaboli. There are also hotels, shops, museums and there is an outdoor restaurant. Baghe bala: The Bagh-e Bala Palace is a former royal palace in Kabul, Afghanistan. It is located on a hill in the Bagh-e Bala Park near Karte Parwan. It was built by Emir Abdur Rahman Khan in 1893 as a place for him to spend summers, and he died there later in 1901. Darulaman: Darul Aman Palace is a palace about 16 kilometers southwest of the center of Kabul, Afghanistan. It is directly opposite the Afghan Parliament and close to the National Museum of Afghanistan and the American University of Afghanistan. Park shahr is an amusement park for young and old. You can come there with friends or family. And you can enjoy the fun activities there for children, they can be photographed with mickey mouse and they can be made up. You also have scary but also cool roller coasters, small tents where you can eat.

I also went to the movie with my cousins because the park is so big that there is even a cinema. We watched a horror movie. Unfortunately I forgot which horror movie we were watching. As you know there is quite a lot to do. If you come in the evening there are all lights on and that’s very nice around you. You can also take very nice pictures in the park. Well as you know there is a lot to do in Afghanistan (Kabul). So if you are already interested then book a ticket for Afghanistan. And now you can already enjoy Afghanistan by the beautiful pictures underneath!

Conclusion:

In conclusion, I have visited many places here in Afghanistan, Kabul. Sometimes we just don’t know where to go and what to do. I found out that when you go visit historical places, and some parks you will have a lot of fun. It was actually really surprising to me that even at those historical places I had that much fun. At the amusement park we’ve also had a lot of fun. I can give you the advice to always try to find a place to go, anywhere. When you are bored don’t stay home. Just find a good place to go to, if you don’t have much money, it doesn’t matter. There are many cheap, nice and good places to go. Main points: visiting places with not much money or boring looking places.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
